Pimples @ 51???!!!!!! Help!!!!!?

haven't had pimples for years, all of a sudden big ones coming up in an arch on one side my face like a tick! I know weird - Now starting on the other side!! No change of diet, eat lots fruit & veg, drink lots of water. Been thru menopause
