What can i DO!?

theres this guy that i met in june/july @ church, and we started talking, he told me that he working in the US Coast Guard here in South Padre Island tx(around that area), so he said he was gonna come back and we were gonna hang out, but now he shows up for the christmas program, and the banquet, and he completely ignored me! what do i do, should i chat with him again when he comes back or do i just ignore him just like he did to me
