Was there someone on the Collins project being counter productive in the scheme of things ?

I believe so, its a sad state of affairs when people can't trust others because we don't always know what their agendas are, if they truly wanted the project to succeed, there should have been more safety critical procedures in place and more people checking on the people that where checking for faults, and even then how do you know the the checkers of the checkers aren't corrupt and working with the first line of checkers, its an impossible theory and total conundrum in the end :)
