Going through the menopause, could i be pregnant, not had a period for over a year,?

done 4 pregnancy tests all negative, but still feel as though i can feel movement in my stomach.Like some flutters.Stomach looks bigger,but sometimes, my stomach does that then goes back to normal..any help appreciated..
