How to find a co-signer?

hi i am a 18 year old and i am homeless and needing an apartment that is income based and i was approved for one and they told me i needed a co-signer? i need to find one or need to find out how to get one. i have no idea. and no, my parents and siblings are out of the picture. its not possible.
