What did my EF mean by this?

Gee Eddie, I do not get why everyone umes there is ual connotations with her thoughtfulness. It is obvious that she is thinking of the health of your teeth. Knowing that you most likely have floss at home, hence the soft brush. But, while visiting her home, you need the stiff brush to clean your teeth and gums without flossing. Man! I think we have a bunch of ually repressed people answering questions today.
