Final Fantasy X-2 question and help?

alright so i'm trying to complete 100% but i know that once you beat the game you can us that file and start over,so if i didn't get an episode complete in the calm lands do i have to get an episode complete everywhere again ( also for the mascot dress sphere ) or will it know i completed that and ill only have to complete the calm lands. please help!
