Anyone know the name of this upcoming movie?

I saw Harold and Kumar 2 the other day and during the previews there scary movie that's supposed to be coming out this summer. Unfortunately I don't recall many specifics about the trailer, but I was wondering if anyone else that's seen it remembers the title.
