Who would win chris benoit or cm punk?

i hate to say it but cm punk. He can win when he is facing Jeff Hardy and Jeff Hardy creamed Undertaker a while ago and the Undertaker would have creamed Chris but punk is going to lose to Undertaker no doubt because it is a submission match and he would lose anyway but Jeff could have beat Chris so punk could have beat Chris too. The rumble roses game seems fun but the graphics aren't too good looking.
