What is the Security and Prosperity Partnership? Is it really a north american union?

I wish! Why don't we have a North American Union yet. I was expecting the New World Order by now, but I guess that was hoping for too much. For now, I'd settle for America getting with the 21st century, following Europe, Africa, and South America's lead and get with the program! If our citizens and government continue pandering to the right-wing paranoid nationalists who oppose this kind of deal, our country is going to get squashed by the emerging economic superpowers called the EU, the AU, and the SAU.
