Vista laptop computer help?! ?

recently, when I view folders in my Vista laptop, i see thing that was never there before like: bootmgr, hiberfil.sys, IPH.PH. Their icons are slightly transparent. How do I keep these thing from showing? How can I keep them invisible or something?
