Navy jobs, The AZ rating? Advice, feedback, and opinions are needed...Thank you?

What are the pros and cons of this job (Navy AZ). What do they do exactly? Also Im in DEP (delayed entry) and Im going in at the E2 paygrade, how does that work exactly, and how much do I recieve after taxes? I heard there was a pay increase for 2008.
