I have just bought a car with alloy wheel, accidentally have lost the wheel stud adapter, How do i get one?

I have lost the adapter (BMW) before I copied the code number which is embossed on the front of the adapter. Any chance that anybody knows where I can get one or have one made. Am afraid I can not change a tyre if a have a flat one.
