Has anyone put after market sirius and dvd navi in a 2006 mercedes slk 280?

Should you get the MB dealer to do this or can you have a high end sound place do it just as well? Has anyone had any problems with doing this? Any info is great. Thanks in advance. What is the best approach for the best out come.
