Engagement ring question / debate?

I don't think you could differentiate one as being clier than the other, sapphires are just really nice stones all around, no matter their colour. Personally, for my engagement ring I wanted a white stone because I like the neutrality of it and that a coloured stone can be mistaken for a fashion ring. You never have to worry about a white stone clashing with your outfit and I don't think anyone would mistake it for anything other than an engagement ring. But, I don't think you can go wrong either way, blue and white sapphires are each a wonderful choice.
