Downloading windows xp sp2 onto a non-dell computer?

does your new PC not have an OS on it? technically its an OEM disk which means its only suppose to be used on that dell PC. If you have Vista though and want to downgrade i would dual boot you got more then enough machine to run vista its quite the nice setup
